The Bearded Life : The Winter of My Discontent

You may remember from last month that aside from all of the delightful things I write for this blog, as well as for the Bearded Gentlemen, I also have a monthly "observational humor" column for the Southern Minnesota Scene.

Since I know that I have such a national (and possibly international) fanbase that is just clamoring to read every word that i put down onto the page, I wanted to share my latest piece for the January 2014 issue.

The theme of the issue is winter, so I wrote about my own negative experiences and feelings on the subject. Think of these words fondly as you are scraping ice off your car, or as your are swearing under your brith while shoveling snow for the millionth time.
